Just one block away from Van Nuys Blvd. with many, many shopping centers, restaurants, banking, church, And just minutes away to CAL-State university in Northridge, Kaiser / Northridge / Holy Cross / Olive View HOSPITALS, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Disney / ABC / NBC Studios, Burbank /Glendale/ Pasadena, Hollywood, Six Flags /Hurricane Harbor, LA ZOO and major freeways access (405, 10, 101, 134,118, 5, etc..
