Horrible marijuana smell coming from the A/C . Impossible to sleep with dogs barking in the other rooms even when pets are not allowed , cockroaches in the room, no safety doors to access the hotel. Don’t buck here, they don’t respect their own policies and even when we complain at the front desk they did not care, and I get it , this is like it’s a normal issue happening.

i was appalled by this property. it looks like an abandoned motel, and the photos posted online DO NOT do this hotel justice. there were bed bugs and my whole family left with bites. there is a "cafe" that quite literally never opens, and the area is not walk able. there is zero staff on the floor, and upon check in, i waited thirty minutes before any staff came to the front deal to help. would never in a million years return to this hotel unless I wanted to feel like a cheap prostitute.

Pictures of the hotel online was taken in the 90s when hotel was nice but now the hotel was run down and the elevator was scary and unsafe. Pool and hot tub had caution tape around it which made it look like a crime scene. Bed was old and uncomfortable and the shower had low water pressure

This hotel is showing signs of age. There were no USB chargers in the room and there was no refrigerator. The two beds were doubles, not queens, but they were comfortable. The location was good for our visit, but there’s not much around the airport (no big surprise). The jets taking off and landing were noisy—also not surprising. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. The hot tub was closed (taped off) for some reason. Overall, the Air-Tel was clean and mostly comfortable, but doesn’t offer much in the way of amenities or conveniences.
