"My wife and I spent a very pleasant 2 nights here. Ellen had provided excellent directions making the unit easy to find. Ellen was there to welcome us (her home is just adjacent to the lovely converted barn we stayed in).The place was very comfy, with lots of thoughtful touches. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully penned welcome note, along with a locally made chocolate chip banana bread!! Many areas in the flat have automatic night lights, making safety easier for we who appreciate it. The bed was very comfortable The outside has multiple nice garden and seating spaces that we enjoyed.There’s lots of outdoor stuff to do in the area. We did the short hike to Thundering Brook Falls, went antiquing, and saw a free outdoor concert in nearby Woodstock, VT (not THAT Woodstock).I’d highly recommend this place!!"

"This house was perfect for our family during our vacation in the Woodstock area. Ellen and Curtis were terrific hosts and made us feel more like houseguests than mere visitors. Their property was great for our young kids - all kinds of stuff to do! Ellen sent us lots of helpful ideas on things we might enjoy in the area. The listing was just as described and was very comfortable despite the higher than usual summer temperatures. We would be delighted to stay here again should we visit the area again."

"Plenty of space for our kids and grandchildren with sleeping all upstairs and downstairs large kitchen/dining room. Outdoor covered porch was very nice for summer weather too. But location, location with Woodstock and Killington very close with so many great restaurants and shopping. Was our 2nd visit to the Inn but had more family traveling with us so we booked the bigger accomodation."

"We were in Vermont for a sleep away camp visit. The house was in a quiet corner of town with great views of the mountains. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We brought our dog down to the creek everyday to play. The house was quiet and stayed cool in the tree shade. WiFi worked great for working and the layout was great. Nathan was responsive and helpful. "
