The property is nice and cozy,especially for a winter retreat. However, they have the "no housekeeping" policy that was really disappointing for a 4 nights stay, when you expect to have the floor swept at the bare minimum. And they expect a tip for the housekeeper!!!! For $300+ per night I would have run things differently. They also offer a buffet breakfast with 2 options, where you pay more if you get the hot buffet(eggs,sausages,pancakes,ect). Very odd being a buffet! The location is good and the staff very nice.

Great location for Okemo skiing. Only about 10 mins drive away. But there’s no daily house keeping - you’d have to put garbage and towels outside in the morning. But the price reflects that and I’m ok with it.

We stayed one night to ski Okemo the next morning. Location to Okemo very good, less than 10" drive.The room was clean, service was good, restaurant was unexpectedly special for dinner. My only complaint was that the mattress is old for this facility and should be replaced. Linens and pillows, though, very good.

Loved our room. Very clean and enjoyed fireplace. Only thing we were bothered by was noise outside our room probably connected to pool heater or filter.
