We were very satisfied with the property. We brought our 4 year old granddaughter and enjoyed the pool twice. We had no complaints.

Stuck in a timewarp.
Does not look as advertised--dated, common areas (game room) has ripped, stained furniture.The room was just OK,with carpeting and decorations from 2000.Bathroom looked like it used to be a handicapped room--tiny hand-held shower;small sink in a very large bathroom.Housekeeping was horrible.No glasses were cleaned, ice buckets not emptied, new towels were not provided; even basics like shampoo was scarce;had to ask for extra since there were 4 people in the room. On the plus side, pool area is very nice.
My main disappointment was false advertising. It is advertised as full amenities,and dares to say 'luxury'.Really?Nothing was even dusted and smelled musty.Also, they advertised (on the web and signage) free wi-fi. But free wi-fi is in the main lobby only. So you have to sit in the lobby and they give you a 'card' with an ID/Pin for access. So I brought this to their attention and they said I can have internet in my room for $*. I agreed but they didn't say that it applies to 1 device only, and only for 48 hrs.You need to get a new 'card' for longer stays and more cards for multiple devices. And when I did, the reception was horrible in the room! With smartphones and laptops, who travels with only 1 device? It was a foreign concept to them. The TVs are nice and they're very proud of their flatscreens. Unfortunately housekeeping left the wrong TV guide in our room and we didn't have access to kids channels as indicated.They offered to provide the correct guide, but never did.
Breakfast was horrible-overcooked,mushy, old food in a 150 degree dining room- and they charge you for it.
If you are looking at a step above a motel, this is it.

Very Satisfied
Just spent the night Oct 3, 2009. The room was wonderful, expecially after looking at rooms in nearby Ludlow, VT. Our room was clean, had what appeared to be new updated furniture, TV, and bed linens. The room was neat and clean and there were plenty of towels that were of a good quality. Overall we were quite impressed and glad we had found this hotel to stay at.
