A friend and I stayed there for two nights, and we loved our stay! The room was clean and nice, and the people working there were really helpful and friendly! There was also air conditioning in the room which was a big, big plus in the summer heat! The location of the hotel is also really good! Just a short walk to the underground, and several places to eat and drink ☺️ I definitely recommend this place!

The hotel and room very clean. Some staff friendly and helpful but other staff not so much. The standard/small room was a good size but the bathroom was very small, restricting movement and storage of toiletries and towels. Ideal location for Natural History museum, Kensington and tube to theatres
