I rang them the day before and they told me the Council had raken over the place and I had to stay at a hotel in Hounslow. They should have told me as soon as they knew. Pathetic.

When we got there, they said their hotel.com wasnt working and that we shouldn't have been able to book a room there as it's used as emergency and temporary accommodation.

good hotel near heathrow

the pine lodge hotel is only 15 mins from hatton cross underground.... 5mins walk from Feltham station...trains run to central London every 15 mins... the hotel was good value for money. good continental breakfast.... local bus service to heathrow central / terminals 1, 4 , 5... good wi-fi.

The staff was nice, a bit disorganized. They initially couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. The pictures of the place looked nothing like what we saw. It’s selling factor was the proximity to the airport, not really that close. The location is really bad, there is nothing near it.
