The hotel was central to a large tube station, which was very helpful. Room was perfect for our stay, breakfast was honestly pretty good, and I appreciated the security measures to scan your keycard for access at night into the lobby

The location for this hotel is fantastic, right across the hammersmith tube. The hotel/room itself was clean and the staff was super accomodating. I wish the rooms had a small fridge/mini bar so we could keep some food items cold. Without the fridge we had to make multiple trips to the grocery store to get ehat we needed cause we coildnt store anything. There is no parking in the building, however there is outdoor parking (3rd party) a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall id recommend for a short trip with easy move within London.

The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.

Nos alojamos 5 noches en este Premier Inn y la experiencia fue aceptable, aunque con bastantes aspectos que podrían mejorar. La habitación tenía un tamaño suficiente, aunque más bien pequeño, y resultaba poco práctica para estancias largas ya que no había cajones ni estanterías donde poder deshacer la maleta. Además, la ventana no se podía abrir para ventilar ni permitía ver el exterior. El aislamiento acústico tampoco era bueno y se oía con facilidad a los vecinos. En el lado positivo, la cama era cómoda y había enchufes a ambos lados, algo que siempre se agradece. Tampoco tuvimos ningún problema con la presión del agua ni con la temperatura del agua caliente durante toda la estancia. En cuanto a la limpieza, no me gustó que hubiera que solicitarla expresamente cada mañana en recepción; prefiero los hoteles donde esto se hace de forma automática. Cuando finalmente limpiaron la habitación, la limpieza fue bastante superficial. Además, las toallas estaban visiblemente deterioradas. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos más flojos. Todos los días era exactamente el mismo (Full English, bollería, cereales y yogures) y la calidad del desayuno inglés variaba mucho según el cocinero. En general, no me pareció especialmente bueno. Por último, el hotel solo dispone de dos ascensores para huéspedes y uno de ellos estuvo estropeado durante toda nuestra estancia, lo que provocó tiempos de espera largos y bastante incómodos. En resumen, es un hotel correcto para dormir, con una cama có
