Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk can’t check you in as they don’t work for Charles Hope. Unless you have stayed here before and no where it is, I would avoid!

Excellent property itself - very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, although the only downfall was there were no chopping boards, oil, salt pepper or kitchen towels, so you might want to bring your own. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, very quiet and very close to Waitrose and Battersea Power Station. Concierge is not 24 hours, so make sure you arrive before 6pm to collect the keys as they don’t work for Charles Hope. Communication from the agency is slightly lacking and didn’t receive direct confirmation from them after booking on Expedia. No response on the Expedia chat and had to call them a few times to get through to someone to provide check-in details (2 days before arrival).
