I feel that this resort had lost its charm. I had high expectations that were very quickly diminished. I expected the pools to be nicer and more kid friendly. It felt like a budget hotel which didn't match the price.

Everything was nice. The only drawback was the "king room" only had a bed. There was no chair or couch. Seems like a small matter, but this leaves you with no place to view the TV if one party goes to bed earlier than the other.

We had to move rooms 4 times because the room smelled of cigarettes and the person in the adjoinging room was actively smoking. We found live cockroaches in the room and during our 6 night stay they didn’t clean the room once. The property is in a good location but it was terrible.
