First room had no working light except bath. Switch room, No bulb in only floor light. Took and hour to get a bulb. One outlet didn't work. Broken switchplate on wall. Heat missing thermo knob. Only worked on high or off. Sticky stuff on bath counters. No shelf in refer. Refer door shelf holder made of electrical tape. Only had decaf for rooms. Plywood over spa. Breakfast very thin.

All of the lamps were unplugged when we walk in. The carbon monoxide monitor was missing. Wires hanging out the ceiling. No towels in the room for the second time. No security to monitor noise. It was noisy until 4am.

Floors were dirty, bed sheets had a child’s dirty foot print on it, bath tub had cracks in it and bathroom was not very good, water pressure was ok but hot water switched from hot for 15 seconds to freezing cold and back and forth.

Booked two connected rooms. One room had no hot shower and the front door didn't close properly - letting plenty of cold air in. The other room was missing the smoke detector. The beds and bathrooms were clean but the rooms overall hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

Pick somewhere else

First room they put us in had a broken toilet, no phone in room and a fridge that wasn't cold. Moved rooms. New room had no smoke detector ( mount and wires were there) and no towels in the room. Room heater sounded like a jet engine warming up, obnoxiously loud. Place is very poorly maintained. Not a place to stay.

I got this hotel based on others review but when I got there, it was not it, when we got In the shower the water kept going from hot to cold it wouldn’t stay at the set temperature the room itself is so outdated the walls are like thin paper never again.
