Overall a very nice property and our room was perfect. The pool and fitness center are both fairly small but still got the job done. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and general upbeat ambiance of the hotel.

This is 100% the best hotel hands down for families! It is located near target, Starbucks and many other places. It’s not a long drive to the aquarium and Carmel! And we enjoyed that the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so incredibly nice and made everything so easy! We had two children with us and we got the suite king (standard) and it had a sofa bed that is actually very comfortable! My 300+ 6’5 husband slept on it and had no trouble, they also provided extra blankets in the tv stand. The rooms were very well stocked as well. I 100% recommend. They have a laundry facility as well that was great for our sandy wet clothes! The pool was awesome as well! It was a little cold but otherwise it was great. They also have a hot tub which was nice since the pool was cold. The breakfast was really really good as well!

Room is very nice once it was actually ready. One worker told us they were “busy” and our room wasn’t going to be ready until after 3:00pm. Room wasn’t actually ready until 4:40. Employee still in our room at that time. Shower can’t keep temperature

Didn’t get a single night of decent sleep because the people directly above us were extremely loud until early morning. It sounded like buffalos running back and forth. We didn’t say anything the first night but complained the second night when it was 2 am but the noise continued on the third night.. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families who are looking for some peace and quiet at night. When we checked out, we mentioned it to the lady who was at the front desk. All she said was that it can get loud during the holidays and didn’t seem to care much. Apparently, people stomping around at 2 am is perfectly acceptable at this hotel during the holidays.

It’s a very clean hotel that has no problem giving extra towels, the breakfast is good but only goes until 9 AM (I wish 10 AM), parking was very easy, and the pool is heated!!!! Overall, this is definitely a 10 out of 10 properly

The room was immaculate and wherever you walked in property it smelled SO CLEAN! We stayed Monday-Saturday. The breakfast was yummy and the lines were normally quick and efficient except for on Thanksgiving morning, when there was a long wait. They ran out of plates but quickly brought in paper plates and bowls. The rest of the week there was never a problem with having enough utensils/bowls for breakfast. The indoor pool was a nice amenity and the jacuzzi was kept running at a nice temperature-hot enough an not too cold like at other hotels. The front desk had games you could check out and there was 24 hour coffee and tea. The in-room kitchenette was convenient: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and dishwasher. Note-there was NO STOVETOP, which can be misleading as it is labeled a kitchen. We got around that by using the bbq to cook steaks and veggies and microwaved some sides. Great place for an extended day. Would likely take a cast-iron for the next visit, so we can cook more options. Since daily breakfast was part of the cost, only had to figure out lunch and dinner, which was a huge plus. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Hotel is really new and clean. Staff are all friendly especially Robert in the Registration. Breakfast came surprisingly with lots of choices. Will be booking here again for sure!
