Everything was good although they did not have the king size bed we asked for and they also did not have a ground floor room which we had also requested. The told us when you book through Expedia that the type of room you booked may not be the type you get.

Pool was green and smelled so strongly of chlorine that you couldn’t be in the enclosed room where the pool is located. Property out of date. Rugs old and dirty. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean, front desk very nice. It’s July- it may be time to put away the silk Christmas pointsiettas.

Our room is great, big, very clean. Very impressive. Just a room for improvement, the cup where you drop off the room keys upon check out should be locked. When we checked out , no one was in the front desk, we just dropped of the room keys. I think it’s better if it’s locked otherwise anyone can just grab a key and go inside on someone else’s room The food was great, 24 hours fitness room and coffee.

The only reason for the 3 star review is because the pool and hot tub was not available for 2 days of out of the 3 day stay. Also, our room's toilet was clogged for two days. The maintenance man was great in helping and unclogged it over and over, but it never actually flushed appropriately. I had my family use the lobby bathroom because I did not want to cause an issue.

The hotel was clean and looked newer. They have a snack area where you can buy a lot of different snacks and drinks. Their sister hotel right next door has a bar you can use. They have several fire pits and an indoor pool. We didn’t use the fire pits but we used the pool. It was a little chilly but nice. The room was clean and spacious. They have breakfast but was a little frustrating to use because everything is all on one wall so you are waiting in like a line for things, for example, the waffle maker. I would recommend and I would stay again. I think it was about a 20 minute drive to cannery row from the hotel.

Not quite family friendly

Manager was super friendly and staff but unfortunately the way the design of the room is not family friendly- the bathroom. One side doesn’t lock. Then a few electrical outlets didn’t work. Not to mention check-in is at 3, first room was ready 3:45 and second at 4:30. I was ok with that- it was the bathroom that made me disappointed.
