"The front desk personnel and breakfast staff were helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to be friendly. Our double-queen bedroom had one (desk) chair and we needed a 2nd chair to sit in. (Old people some want to sit on the bed to talk / watch TV.) The man at the front desk brought a 2nd chair up to us immediately. The breakfast was ample and hot. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet. The bathroom in the room was dated and the tile could have used updating. But it was clean. "

"The staff is Phenomenal. This hotel beats EVERY hotel I ever stay in. I have stay at this hotel a couple times. Theres not enough words to describe how awesome the staff is at this hotel. The rooms I stay in was Very clean. The bed, the mattress was so soft, didn't want to get up. On one occasion I had a meeting to attend, and I need copy of a report, and they made the copies for free. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I just love it."
