Awful stay - no installation in the ceiling- I was awake 3 nights with stumping & noise above me. Will never stay here again.

We are constantly striving to have the best service and product in Lisbon, offering spacious rooms, personalized services and comfort.Knowing that your experience has not been as good as you expected due to soundproofing, is one of the points that most surprise us, as our quietness is one of our vantages comparing to other Hotels in the area. We have double windows in all Hotels and if you check online the majority of our comments refer as our rooms to be quiet. Anyway we respect your opinion and we are going to share your situation with our administration, so that the pertinent corrective measures can be applied.Please, do not let this experience cloud your decision to stay with us on a next visit to Lisbon. It is the perfect location to stay in Lisbon. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. It helped to make Lisbon a great trip
