The property is pretty amazing. The hotel is not too big, small number of rooms per floor, LOVED that it’s adults only. The staff was very helpful and nice. Front desk staffer Gabriel was so hospitable and provided us with great tips. Solange in the dining area was extra nice and hustled every morning to make sure breakfast was perfect! We had an amazing time! I would definitely stay there again!

Very pleased with the hotel and its staff, who were extremely accommodating in any passing conversation or request and very communicative generally, both in-person and over text message. Pros: Although there are numerous pros to this property, some of the standout features include the pool, the hotel's quiet ambiance, the cleanliness of the room, and the boutique feel of the lobby. Again, I can't stress enough how communicative and friendly the Front Desk staff was. The hospitality group that owns this hotel needs to do as much as it can to retain the staff that they have hired. The staff would be a valuable asset anywhere else, and they make this property such a fantastic place to stay. Cons: The only 2 things that I can ask to be improved are the shelving or counter surface area in the bathroom for you to lay out toiletries. Also, I drink a lot of water and would request a few bottles of water per day, as they only have one refillable bottle per room (intentionally), and I feel like it would be less annoying for the room service staff to keep running upstairs to get the empty bottle and swap it out with a full one. Thank you!

We had the most beautiful stay here. The room was amazing, huge and even had a fridge and kitchen equipment. The bonus of the small pool to relax in was great. Really comfy bed, staff were lovely and helpful and a nice area to explore Lisbon. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel!

Good location, short distance from attractions and downtown. Breakfast was excellent, but the dining area was a little crowded. The jacuzzi garden was a nice place to sit down in the afternoon. Really liked the hotel.

The only thing off about this property is the location. It’s a little too far off the beaten path in an area that’s a little rough. Looks like it’s being gentrified so it may be getting better

Lovely hotel, not the best location

The hotel itself is lovely, very quirky in terms of decoration but everything looks lovely and is very modern. The bathrooms are gorgeous and always very clean. The rooms are also very quiet, we couldn’t hear any outside noise from nearby roads etc. The courtyard with the plunge pool is a very peaceful oasis in the middle of Lisbon which was lovely to unwind in. The staff were great and very helpful. The location was perfect to be slightly outside of the hustle and bustle whilst still walkable into the city. The only downside (which is not the hotels fault) was there were quite a few people who sat opposite the hotel on the pavement every day for most of the day, some of which I saw using drugs. They were never noisy and kept themselves to themselves entirely and would just calmly sit there and chat amongst each other, we never felt unsafe but I wouldn’t have wanted to walk back to the hotel on my own. It is a shame as the hotel itself is great.

Unique hotel with amazing staff

We had an amazing time here for Euro Pride 2025. The hotel is very welcoming and has an amazing friendly staff. While outside of the city center the hotel is located very near the metro which made is easy to get around and there are some great dining options nearby. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Lisbon.

Short stay in Lisbon

We stayed for 2 nights and were very comfortable. It doesn't lack for personality and I'd say it was strictly appropriate for over 18s. Vibrant decor and friendly staff! Location wise it's very close to the Metro however it can feel a bit off-the-beaten-path late on as it's just behind the main road.
