Accessibility by tram is good. But they don’t care about your situation. They just there to earn money. The electric cut off in our room and no help. Then the a/c are leaking in almost all the room. I have to even tell them we put a basin. Communication is poor. The place is dusty and we have to wipe the floor with our towel. If it were not for the location I’d give this place a solid 2!

When we got to our apartment, they had changed our reservation. We found out after more than an hour waiting outside the apartment in 104 degrees with a kid. When we finally arrived at the new apartment, it was not ready. We had to come back at 6pm and still was not ready, or clean. We have reserve City Stays twice for a short time during our trips in Europe and it has always been problems. They never send the code to enter apartments, and never answer phones, so we have to call international to talk to them. We spent 5 international calls to try to reach them this time. I will never book them, and the areas in Lisbon are not good.

Appartamento posto in zona Alfama a due passi dalla cattedrale e dalla linea tram e bus. Pulito, ristrutturato molto ben arredato ed il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile ed ha sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre richieste nel corso del soggiorno. Lo consiglio

El apartamento es muy acogedor y moderno. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la Catedral. La limpieza no era muy buena, a pesar que decía que era un apartamento No fumador olía bastante a tabaco, no cambiaron las toallas ni pusieron más aseo personal ni papel higiénico (solo el día que llegamos)

Für eine kleine Gruppe von bis zu 6 Personen ein hervorragend gelegenes, hochmodernes und geräumiges Appartment. Sehr angenehm auch die zwei Badezimmer. Großzügige moderne Küche, kostenfreies W-LAN und ein großer TV runden das Angebot ab.
