Room was perfect. Our fridge was partially stocked when we arrived including a bottle of wine. The bread pastries offered for breakfast were amazing and brought right to your door, fresh every morning. Location was fabulous. Staff were very helpful

This is a great apartment hotel. Nice location, close to shopping and dining restaurants. Reasonable price with clean and newly renovated rooms. Most importantly the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped with kitchen and laundry and also including free breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Very good! Great features: -great size -kitchenette stocked with breakfast food items (water, eggs, bread, coffee, milk, granola, yogurt) -excellent water pressure in shower -good firm bed -loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer unit Feedback for improvement: -a toaster would be nice to have -room facing street level can be very noisy at night

Excellent location, excellent staff at front desk and excellent service with fresh breads delivered every morning. Only slightly annoying item is that the street doesn't allow any cars so if you're driving, you need to find parking and walk with your luggage. However would stay here again regardless!

Really helpful and friendly staff. Great-sized accommodation with everything we needed. Fantastic central location, and the breakfast was a lovely perk that we thoroughly enjoyed. On the morning of our departure, they let us know we had left some items behind and posted them to us the same day with next-day delivery. We would be delighted to stay here again.

The place was spotless — extremely clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. We arrived very late, around 2 a.m., yet they patiently waited for us. Clear instructions were provided, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the metro and the seaside. If you plan to visit Belém Tower, you can simply take the nearby bus. Everything is very convenient. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly. Always responsive to our questions and gave lots of great recommendations. The apartment was very nice. Clean and big enough for 2. The very special thing is that they stock your refrigerator with breakfast items- yogurt, eggs, cheese, milk, water. And replenish when needed. They also bring u fresh bread daily. Such a great way to start the day. Location is convenient for sightseeing. Walking distance to river.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was perfect for a family of three including my cousin and mother. It was the home away from home and quite spacious. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I also had to return to Lisbon before returning home and at my second arrival, I received a Welcome Back greeting card and a bottle of wine! The only negative was the shower. It took a while before the hot water came on.

Loved it!

Greatly enjoyed! Welcoming staff and roomy apartment. Enjoyed the wine and breakfast that was provided too. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely rebook for a longer stay. Great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Metro close as well.
