This is our preferred hotel when staying in the area. Breakfast is very good and, in the world of hotels with free breakfasts, the cook-to-order omelets are a welcome break from pre-cooked scrambled eggs. The pool has always been either too crowded or too shocked with chlorine (after being too crowded) to swim, but the fitness center is great. Both laundry rooms have issues- the one by the pool only has 1 washer but 2 dryers, and the other’s dryers are linked to the hotel laundry vents and are extremely hot even when not in use. There is a small arcade, a very nice courtyard with outdoor seating, and a fish pond by the front entrance. The front desk staff, maintenance, and breakfast cooks and servers are all exceptionally nice.
