Bad 1st Impression

Our hotel was great except for check-in. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready. That's acceptable, but the woman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating and she never called us to let us know that our room was ready. Finally, I went back in just before 3:00 and she said I forgot to call you.

We come here every time we get a chance. The rooms could use a little updating and the parking spaces are a bit tight but its still a great, clean and convenient place.

Huge,clean room. We liked that the property had an elevator. Nice size outdoor balcony. Large bedroom,with separate kitchen with stove, refrigerator, sink. A/C. Indoor entrance to room. Bathroom with bathtub. 2 tvs. One in the living room with sofa bed. Ice machine, vending machine and washer/dryer nearby on the property. Highly recommended.

The resort is perfect for our family of 3-great area, close to the beach and boards. Lots of walkable restaurants. We had a 4th floor room-it's a little noisy if you are next to the doors but nice views.

Spacious and close to board walk, but

Over 500 sq spacious suite and proximity to the boardwalk/beach is plus. But clogged plumbing ( toilet and sink) and worn-out towels/ blankets seemed like never replaced for decades and deformed mattress was very uncomfortable.
