Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Richmond, KY was beyond expected! The rooms were very clean with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries (hand soap and lotion, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The kitchenette has a full size microwave, service settings for 4, dishwasher, cuisineart coffee maker, and an apartment size fridge, as well as the cleaning supplies to use the dishwasher. The breakfast had plenty of options and variety, as well as juices and hot fresh coffee! The indoor heated salt water pool was clean and refreshing!! There is also the ability to wash laundry if needed! The beds were so comfortable that mu husband and I are looking into acquiring the same mattress set for our home!! The shades in the room allow for complete light blockout.The rooms also have plenty of lighting as well as charging spaces. For our future travels we will definitely be using the Home2 Suites by Hilton!!

Expedia overbook the reservation. So we got there and unpacked the entire car and waited I. Line at the counter, only to be told they could not accommodate us. This was at 9pm after 7hrs of driving so I was a bit upset no one was able to get a hold of me to let me know. Apparently my phone number with Expedia does not come up on the hotel information.

We had an amazing stay here last night! The hotel is super clean and feels brand new. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was awesome with great variety and quality. This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at while traveling, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed after a concert at the EKU campus and the hotel was beautiful and brand new. Close to shopping, gas stations and plenty of restaurants. Right off the interstate but very quiet. Check in was super easy and the desk clerk very friendly even though it was late in the evening. Bed was very comfortable and room spacious for 2 people. ONLY complaint was the heater/air conditioner in the room couldn’t be turned over 68 degrees or it sounded like a jet was taking off in the room, it being 6 degrees last night we wanted it a little warmer than usual. We did not call the front desk due to how late it was and decided it would be fine just get under the blankets. ALL NIGHT LONG , the heater/ air conditioner made loud “thumping” noises every 10 min. Yes we should have called the front desk to be moved but it was so late and we were just staying one night. We did let them know when we checked out so someone could check what was wrong with the unit. I would definitely stay again but in the case of another defective unit I would want to be moved to another room.
