BEWARE: Paid for secure valet parking- our car was broken into in the middle of the night. One of the attendants saw that it had been broken into and brought it to the hotel entrance- but didn't attempt to cover the opening. He was very kind let management know but they failed to inform us- we found out about the window and theft as we opened the vehicle to load it that moring. The hotel said this happens regularly- when I asked why they don't inform guests to make sure their car is cleaned out they simply said they "don't want to advertise" that it common for this to happen. All they offered to do was remove the valet fee and any incidentals... which we didn't have any of.

Overall was OK. Did notice both bedside night tables were dirty with streak and glass marks on surface upon first look. The window was very drafty and could be sealed better. With the cost of the room and all the taxes parking should be free.

I checked in, the room they gave me , the painting above the bed shuttered with the high winds-it was noisy and dangerous. They tried to put me in the same room on a lower floor which would not have changed the problem. I want a refund please, I left the property and checked into the Marriott next door- fabulous room and service. It was 2am by this point.

Beautiful room but highway robbery for parking and restaurant! I booked a room overlooking the Falls for my milestone birthday and parents' 45th anniversary. The room was much smaller than I expected as I stayed in the same hotel 2 years ago and had a massive room with a sprawling couch and ample area to take pictures. Additionally, there wasn't the hospitality that I experienced the last time which made me want to visit again. The last time, they gave me a free bottle of champagne and chocolate cake. So hospitable! This time, there were a lot of hidden fees. We were told at the door that there is a $75 charge for parking the car. So we were like, we'll park ourselves- well, they didn't give the right directions as we were driving around looking for the place where to park (why isn't there an address on the ticket?!). Then when we got there in the dead of night, there was no one supervising the lot and the lot was not salted and ICY! I almost fell but was more concerned about my SENIOR father as I am still relatively young and tolerate a fall. VERY UNSAFE AND CHEAP! Imagine our shock when we were still charged $50 despite having to self park so far away! At that rate, we should have just found our own parking! What a rip off! Then, we went to Morton's. Granted, the food was good but TOO EXPENSIVE AND NOT ONLY THAT,A RANDOM TOURIST FEE ADDED TO THE BILL. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Next time, I will REALLY have to consider whether to come here- def not by car, as its not worth it! Do

I had a great stay. Just didn’t like the price of the parking. 50 to park is robbery. When you’re already staying there. And Expedia didn’t say it in the listing. That was again misleading.
