The hotel is in perfect location. Good service. Clean. I'm just a bit surprised that bed was not made everyday. Shampoo and body soap containers are empty.

The view from our hotel room was spectacular. The hotel was clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Lorena was very helpful and gave us a lot of great tips for exploring.

Only one elevator for floors 9 -18. Ridiculous! Long, long wait to get on or off. Skip the free breakfast —absolutely dreadful. Room is cleaned by request only ahead of time and costs extra. Positives:good location, great view, helpful and polite staff.

The elevator situation is UNACCEPTABLE! They have plenty of elevators but if you are on floors 19 or lower you had ONE elevator to use for all 19 floors. Around check out time and check in time, the wait is AT LEAST 15 minutes and numerous people just got fed up and walked the steps for 18 freaking floors. I would NEVER stay at this property again for this reason alone but they also botch the "free Breakfast" as badly as you possibly can. The breakfast itself is cold eggs, sausage and rubber pancakes, and you have to scramble to get a crappy seat in a side room. They do not have the typical space set aside like most Embassy Suites. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your stay in Niagara Falls.

Great property. Clean. Upgraded. Great view from my room. Friendly staff. Two downsides. Breakfast facilities simply are too small to accommodate the large amount of people, resulting in a large wait. One area for a quick, continental (pick up and go) style breakfast would alleviate this congestion. Also, there was always a wait for the elevator. Get a low floor and use the stairs. However, these are common in large, nicer hotels.
