We were excited to spend the day at the falls to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. Upon arrival we found a charge for parking (from $35 offsite to $100 valet Canadian dollars). Not expected! At check in i was upsold to an premium room with a hot tub at a $75 extra, which i opted for. After a long drive there I was looking forward to small rest before going out to dinner, our room overall was clean however somewhat dated with a great view. As we attempted a nap Im supprised to hear jackhammering from an adjacent room. After an hour or so I went to the front desk to determine the sorce of the noise and was told the hotel is remodeling and there sorry, they offered me another room but couldn’t guarantee I would not hear the same noise. At this time I asked for compensation, as I would have not paid to to upgrade my room, and may not have even stayed there. And after a long conversation and a couple trips to supposedly talk to the manager (who should have spoken directly to us) we were given $35 off of our $455 dollar bill. Very unsatisfied. I would not recommend staying here, paying these prices with this poor customer service!

The hotel is in perfect location. Good service. Clean. I'm just a bit surprised that bed was not made everyday. Shampoo and body soap containers are empty.

The view from the room was spectacular when we upgraded to 39 floors! The breakfast was awful and the line was super long! However the staff helped with breakfast were all working so hard to service, they deserved the recognition! The Hilton Honors front desk staff were not all friendly. One helped with an issue of our room with the water dripping sound the whole night was nice to talk to. He sent someone to fix it. After shower and using the tub, the dripping sound started again. The next morning when we talked to another staff, he wasn’t as pleasant to talk to us. We asked about applying Hilton Honors members and add the 2 nights we stayed he just gave a simple, No, since we booked from Expedia. If it was not for the awesome view from our room, this hotel I would only rate 3/5 or 7/10 the most.

Except for the long line and limited breakfast buffet área in relation to the volume of guests, this Hotel has it all. Very well localized and comfortable rooms.

I was expecting the standard of the facility would be higher . The breakfast menu was typical - same breakfast throughout our stay . Lining up for breakfast was horrible . Only One elevator was in operation . There used to be long wait for travelling up and down .
