"Conveniently located among shops/eateries at Greenbelt. Very professional and friendly staff. Well maintained and large rooms. One of the best breakfast buffet spreads in Manila. Bar drinks could be improved to be more special."

"Staff is so great! From the beginning with Awi and room service delivery with Carl and guest services with Lovely and room service and restaurant host Angelina and server Jell and of course Nathan my housekeeping attendant. They made such an impact on my experience and stay I remembered all of their names because that’s how personable it was for a solo male traveler. Please thank those guys personally and for me and recognize their exemplary service because they are truly what makes this hotel great. The people. Thank you"
