KITCHEN – Bright kitchen completely updated with quartz countertops and cherry wood cabinetry, an oversized double sink, stainless-steel stove/oven with over the range microwave, extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso and 12-cup coffee machines, dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, cookware, etc. Opens into DINING ROOM with circular table under chandelier lighting and built-in corner China cabinet. This cottage has an additional porch with an outdoor dining area too!

LIVING ROOM – Clean and cozy living room facing Mount Gretna Lake has brand new comfortable furniture surrounding a gas fireplace with brick mantle. Direct access to a screened-in porch with outdoor dining & sitting area and a double set of doors lead to the oversized SUNROOM with plush seating and a large, flatscreen Smart TV. Extra-large windows in both rooms provide unparalleled views of the lake!

BATHROOMS:
1st Floor Bathroom – stackable washer and dryer, stand up tile shower, toilet, and vanity.
2nd Floor Bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, toilet, and vanity.

WIFI – FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET / WIFI!

FIREPLACE/WOODSTOVE – Guests are welcome to use the gas fireplace in the living room of the cottage.

FREE PARKING! Two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.

BOOKING – 7-NIGHT MINIMUM (Saturday – Saturday reservations only).

PLEASE NOTE... Bed sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels provided. Paper products are NOT provided.

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking. Charging of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) at the cottage is not allowed.

Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.” This cottage is in the Chautauqua Neighborhood District. Additional Rules & Regulations apply.

RESTAURANTS & ATTRACTIONS – Within walking distance to the area’s eateries: Porch & Pantry, Mount Gretna's Pizzeria, Hide-A-Way Restaurant, Tavern & Deck for dinner or a night-cap, Timbers Restaurant and Dinner Theatre for a show and the award-winning Jigger Shop Ice Cream Parlor for a sweet treat.
