No beach!!!!!! Lots of pools and hotel is more for families. Restaurants closed ala carte. Italian restaurant disorganized and food was awful. We left after 2 bites. Buffet closes at 9:30 pm they clear up at 9. Day buffet opens 12;30 and closes 2. No food left for late birds that go to beaches and shop or excursions. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. That’s why we gave it a good rating. Front desk disorganized upon checkin. No checkin counter. It’s a mess and you have to present your passport 3x cause 3 different people bounce you at around. This iberostar does not represent others we’ve been at. "
