"Great location, close to tons of cute shops and restaurants. Very cute, quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. The room was comfortable snd the view of the city was great from the 11th floor. Very happy and would stay here again! "

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, and there is a beautiful rooftop patio where you can relax and enjoy the view. The location is also quite convenient. However, unfortunately the rooms themselves did not feel very cozy or homey. They looked a bit dusty, and the bed linens and towels appeared grey and worn rather than fresh and clean. The shampoo and soap dispensers also needed refilling during our stay. The biggest issue was the noise. The windows are extremely thin, and it feels almost like sleeping outside so you can hear every sound from the street regardless of the floor you are staying on. Even small noises like people talking or cars passing by are very noticeable. The hotel provides earplugs, but unfortunately even they didn’t help much. Because of the noise and the overall room condition, I would probably recommend looking for another place to stay."
