Hotel was nice and clean. Front Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to be upgraded to a suite because hotel ran out of standard king bed rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a very old property. Tv did not work. It wasn’t the cleanest.

The staff were very friendly. We were not happy with first room, because the bed was too soft and at the very end of the building, a long way from the elevator. The gentleman was able to find us another room with better bed and closer to the elevator. Loved it.

Food at the Sugar club was slow. No Staff. We had to ask the hostess where our server was. People around us were waiting 20 minutes plus to even order and get a glass of water. Sad experience at the Sugar club. Bars were out of Chardonnay. However, other than that, good experience and better than average casino in the area. Horseshoe is a terrible casino compared to Bally's Dover.
