Absolute garbage. Dirty rooms, run down furnishings, poorly maintained and in disrepair. The AC unit was falling out of the wall with gaps so large around it that an animal could have come right in if it wanted. Toilet leaked and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Multiple exit doors had “out of order” signs in them and being out of order was like their theme. Room door locks kept having issues, locks on outside entrances kept breaking/failing, vending machines didn’t work. When the lock on our original room wouldn’t let us in after they programmed the key cards three times, we were moved to another room. However when the maintenance guy let us in our original room for a few minutes while we tried to sort out the situation, its condition was even worse than the room we ended up staying in that this review is based on. Rooms weren’t cleaned at all during our stay and even after leaving our dirty towels outside the door in the hallway so they’d know we needed fresh ones, the towels were never replaced. How they justify almost $500 per night for such a dump blows my minds. It was so bad we cut our trip short and left a day early just so we didn’t have to stay in such filth and disrepair any longer.

There was a sign on the front desk when we got there that said Agent away from desk have a seat and wait a while. Someone from Housekeeping noticed us, went to an office came back and said he will be out in few minutes. After a 15 minute wait and calling the front desk he came out and said he was in a meeting that is why the sign is there. Then instead of checking us in right away he walked over to see what packages had been delivered. Once in the room we found our TV not working. I will never stay at this location again

Yes. The heater in the room did not work on Automatic cycle. Trash can was definitely way to small. Micowave needed to be larger. Staff were all outstanding. Bed was extremely comfortable and had high quality sheets.

The room felt very dated overall. The TV did not work, and the key card reader on the side door wasn’t functioning, which meant having to walk around to the front entrance each time. The bathtub did not appear properly cleaned, and the bed frame stuck out in a way that caused me to repeatedly hit my toe. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and in need of maintenance and updates.

Walked in from a dark parking lot to the strong smell of pot in the lobby. The room was damp and smelled off. The bed smelled like pee. No coffee in the lobby the next morning except for decaf in a keurig.
