Front staff were unavailable. Went to front desk at least 5 times and never saw anyone. Person who checked me in mumble through the check in process, I guess at what she was asking. Thought the furniture was somewhat distressed, the room was clean.

paid ten times what it was worth, ($212) it was dark, dingy, and not well kept . The door was crooked you had to use your hole body to open it and slam it to close . The shower head was plugged with calcium the shower was so dark because of small light in bathroom and bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. This place needs shut down and refurbished.that was my first and last stay here.it reminded me of an hourly motel on tv shows

The bath tub water would not turn off, even after saying something no one addressed. Terrible place for the cost

this is possibly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in!! everything was out of service, the restaurant was out of business bar closed the elevator, all ice machines, the pool and the lobby microwave all out of service, the lobby computer was not connected to the internet, the credit card machine was not working, the clerk looked me in the face and asked did I have $2100.00 to pay they had an atm that was working but the limit was@200

Hotel tried to cancel my booking last minute. Travelocity got it back. Walked in to check in and stood at the desk for about a minute until someone walked around from down the hallway and said "what do you need?" Then they asked for payment. I responded that the room was already paid for. She said there was a $100 deposit required for "incidentals". No idea what that means, she could have put it into lay terms. Nor was I notified of this before booking. Terrible value for the price I paid for one night. Room didn't even have a fridge or a microwave. I could have stayed at a RedRoof for two nights with a fridge and a microwave for less than what I stayed here for one night. Shattered glass in the parking lot. Two outdoor LED lights that were not working properly and strobed/blinked on and off like a lighthouse all night. At least the room was clean.
