this is possibly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in!! everything was out of service, the restaurant was out of business bar closed the elevator, all ice machines, the pool and the lobby microwave all out of service, the lobby computer was not connected to the internet, the credit card machine was not working, the clerk looked me in the face and asked did I have $2100.00 to pay they had an atm that was working but the limit was@200

Hotel tried to cancel my booking last minute. Travelocity got it back. Walked in to check in and stood at the desk for about a minute until someone walked around from down the hallway and said "what do you need?" Then they asked for payment. I responded that the room was already paid for. She said there was a $100 deposit required for "incidentals". No idea what that means, she could have put it into lay terms. Nor was I notified of this before booking. Terrible value for the price I paid for one night. Room didn't even have a fridge or a microwave. I could have stayed at a RedRoof for two nights with a fridge and a microwave for less than what I stayed here for one night. Shattered glass in the parking lot. Two outdoor LED lights that were not working properly and strobed/blinked on and off like a lighthouse all night. At least the room was clean.

Convenient to area attractions.

Pros: Location. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Cleanliness and repairs on broken items.
Location: Casinos, Biggs Art Museum, Dickinson Plantation, Aviation Mobile Command Museum.
Hotel seemed rundown. Furniture was in disrepair.Room seemed clean enough-linens, bathroom, etc... Privacy curtains were falling down, toilet seat was broken, cabinet door falling off hinges. Common areas were not clean. Some mud in the hallway was never vacuumed up our entire stay and some food that was dropped in hallway laid there for 24 hours plus. Overall the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, but was not free (as in the Holiday Inn Express).

Wouldn't recommend

Doesnt look like the pictures, WiFi didn't work, staff was short with you, no one answered the phones at the front desk and we let it ring for 30 min just to see how long it would take and we were so shocked. Ended up calling 5 times with no answer. We payed $200 for a nice room that said it included breakfast.... We get to breakfast and they said we had to pay and we were to irritated to correct it at this point and we asked for a manager. No manager on duty! Wouldn't recommend!!!!!
