The room was not ready when I arrived at 4:45. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned even though check-in started at 3 PM. Additionally, the room cost $250 and was definitely not worth that amount. I would say it was comparable to a $125 room.

Generally, the hotel was fine. A few things that bothered us: The side door opened without a key. We found an eyelash in the sink. The man at check-in was basically nice, but made a comment about, "if you feel lucky" when referencing the bar. Not appreciated.

Overall great place to stay. The waterpark conveniently located on the property was a bonus for sure. And easy access to a couple dining options. Would definitely recommend!

We were bummed to find out the water park was closed during the entire duration of our stay. Our room key deactivated twice while we were there and had to get another one each time. I never had my phone around the key card either so not sure why that was happening. The bath tub also had issues and the stopper wasn’t working so we called maintenance and they worked on it for about an hour while we were there and it was never actually fixed during our stay. The staff up front was nice usually. The breakfast was ok, we never went super early usually right in the middle of the times and it seemed like the options were very limited unless you came right as the breakfast started.

Smoke alarm was going off in the room when we arrived, talked to the front desk and supposedly a maintenance man would be right up, after waiting 40 minutes I called again to be told there was no one there to help. Luckily the head maintenance came up to help us out. Room was dirty, the office chair in the room was all worn out. For the price I won’t be staying again.

No Pool

Very disappointed as my kids wanted a pool. The water park closed at 7, and was closed fully the next day. There is no hotel guest pool, only the water park. I would have chosen some where closer to what I needed if I knew all this.

The water park was only open 4-8pm daily. The hotel is needs updates. Was not the place to stay with 2 teenagers. The did not care for the water park. It’s geared for younger kids.

Resort attached to a waterpark was a great opportunity to entertain all ages. The life guards could have been better trained, dangerous to see infants in the hot tub. Breakfast included was good. Having access to a washer and dryer was an excellent bonus.

Heaven for grandkids

Grandkids and i needed a getaway. This was prefect! Beautiful room, free breakfast, the attached Waterpark was fully enjoyable and the staff were very helpful when asked for help.

Extremely loud guests above us for two nights straight. When I did call, the staff was rude and dismissive. I also think its absolutely ridiculous that you get charged $14 no matter if the water park is open 4 to 8pm or 11am to 9pm. If the park is only open less than half of a normal day, why charge the same as if it were open the whole day?.

Pools were gross and cold. There was a 1yo in a lifejacket in the pool alone! He flipped and went under because the jacket was too big and I had to save him! Upstairs people were noisy all night even after I called the desk several times. It was just a rotten experience. Look at Google reviews too.
