Pretty terrible experience. I never write reviews and I’ve debated if I have enough energy to even give an accurate review of this place but I’m gonna try. Service was absolutely terrible….especially for a “resort”. We came for spring break and there were absolutely no activities for my teens. The best they did was a DJ at the pool. There were many things “offered” on their website when booking, such as beach parties/dj, jet skis, canoeing, and paddle boarding. NONE of that was available. We were told that the water activities had been closed for three weeks but they couldn’t tell me why and that sure wasn’t reflected on their website or anywhere else. As a matter of fact, they were still advertising it while we were there. Our room wasn’t ready at 4pm, which was check in time. We waited over 5hrs to get into our room (we did arrive a little early), and then we spent most of our stay at the check in desk because our key cards kept deactivating. Super annoying!! The outside bar closed at 5:15 so we couldn’t even get a drink while the kids were in the pool. The beach restaurant was terrible! It took us almost 1 1/2 hrs to get our food and then after we did receive our food, they just stopped coming to check on us. I had to go find someone for more water and our bill. I’m about to run out of words for this review, so what I liked…Japanese restaurant was fantastic. And our two bedroom suite was spacious and a great layout… definitely worth the money, but Would NOT stay again!

Expedia should tell you about resort fees and what the heck do they use that money for. Also I always enjoyed shuttles to get there and back and would improve the business. Beautiful property. Front guest guy could have been nicer about money it was pay up or get out after I paid big bucks for the stay
