"First night, sleeping at 23:00 (11pm), suddenly hear the door being opened with a KEY and being banged several times against the security lock that luckily we (my wife and I) had set. Staff from hotel... excuse that she wanted to open the aircon for guest arriving later... but nobody told her that ..."
