The staff were very polite and friendly, and they were helpful. Otherwise, I'd have rated only one star. I had to go to the front desk THREE times because the key to the room stopped working. Each time they fixed it right away, but it was an annoying inconvenience. The property is badly run down. Lots of people hanging around outside their rooms smoking. The bed sheets had smudges on them of indeterminate origin. The bedspread had stains and smudges. One pillowcase had a small drop of a blood stain on it. Very gross. The bathroom and sink were clean. The TV remote was slow and there was no channel guide provided. My room had only a desk chair and lacked a comfortable chair to sit in, so it was impossible to relax. The mattress was only fair. They don't have daily maid service. Front desk said it was available upon request. I can't recommend this property.

Red Roof Inn

Room did not look well cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and hair in the tub. The tv had a line down the screen and the remote would not work. Called about the remote twice before finally being offered another room. That room was slightly nicer and a little cleaner looking.

Booked 2 rooms. Arrived at 6pm after a 9 hour trip (check in started at 3pm. Gave me adjoining rooms (that was great as I didn't request it.) Unfortunately 1 room hadn't been cleaned yet. Did give me another room but it was 9 rooms down the hall. Very in convenient location as everything,is good, shopping, activities are at least 5 miles away. Did find a live cockroach the morning after we arrived. I would not recommend staying here.

It overall was a pleasure staying. During check-in, a cute, friendly dog greeted me. Faculty was helpful and straightforward. My room was well prepared and cleaned. It offered shampoo conditioner, shower gel, and everything one would expect from an apartment. They immediately replaced my apartment key that stopped working without any problems. The only problem I had was loud noises that sometimes occurred during the night. Other than that I had a good experience!

Upon checking in a sign on counter in lobby stated TVs not working. Must of not paid their cable bill. Shady people in parking lot, pacing outside of building. Didn’t feel very safe. During the night people were screaming and arguing. Didn’t sleep at all!! Stated coffee in lobby NOT!! When asked where the coffee was the desk attendant said something however couldn’t understand her. I had to ask her what several times to repeat herself. Finally said never mind and left. Can’t believe I was charged for staying there, they should have paid me.

First off the room I ordered wasn’t available after I paid Expedia 100 bucks for the room the staff blamed it on Expedia for selling rooms that’s not available I guess then when I get on the room the tv not working I paid 100 dollars I think Expedia should give me some of my money back because that stay last night not only the room but it also hurt me spending money with Expedia again.
