We had to check in twice because we were snowed in, and both times the process took an unreasonably long time—about 40 minutes on Friday and 45 minutes on Sunday. There was only one person working the front desk each time. When we asked about the delay and requested to speak with a manager, we were told the person helping us was the manager. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, she was dismissive and even threatened to take away our room key and refuse check-in, which was completely inappropriate. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. One of the chairs had actual feces smeared on it—visibly and with a very strong smell. It was impossible to miss. When we brought this to the front desk, they dismissed the concern and offered no real solution or apology. This is a serious sanitary and health issue that should never happen in any hotel. On top of that, the elevators to the parking lot were not working, adding more inconvenience to an already stressful stay. I’m sharing this so the hotel understands how unacceptable these issues were, especially the lack of cleanliness and the way concerns were handled. These are basic standards that need to be addressed immediately.

Honestly if I could I want my money back. That was absolutely ridiculous the amenities meaning the pool and spa were not even open they were closed for maintenance. The staff was rude. Not one drink server on the casino floor and when we went to the bartender to see if we can get a drink because we were gambling he gave nothing but attitude. This is truly shameful because we go very often, and live local. We will never go back to this hotel and casino. I'm honestly more upset that I spent money at all!

Our first room was not very clean. The shower walls were covered in hair so it was obvious they dodnt clean it. After 4 requests to have someone come clean it k requested a new clean room. They moved us to a new room which is very inconvenient after settling in and unpacking for a family of 4 including a toddler and baby. Well, the second room shower was also full of hair on the floor. The second room didn’t have the same amount of pillows also. On the day of checkout the elevators went down. Again, another inconvenience. I will never ever stay here again!!!
