I’ll start with the didn’t likes - we arrived at 12pm which is 2-3 hours before check in to make sure we could get accommodation for rooms next to each other. After the check in time they kept telling us to come back in 30 minutes 4 different times before we could check in. Check in time was 3pm and we did not get checked in until almost 6pm. The hotel itself is a 3.5 but is not worth more than $200 a night on a busy weekend.

From the front door to the restaurants to the desk staff , everything was bad. Horrible service. Dirty room on arrival. The carpet was wet. The walls were dirty. Coffee bar was gross. Then, during the stay, They don’t even clean your room unless you tell them to. But Good luck getting an answer at the desk or being able to find someone. The hotel is very old and in poor condition all around. The conditions of an establishment can be overlooked if the staff is decent. But The staff was horrendously rude, unfriendly, and sparse. $1,400 for 3 nights. Embarrassing.

The front desk staff was not friendly at all upon check-in. We were charged an extra $35 for parking, yet still had to walk from the parking lot to the hotel. The room had a noticeable odor coming from the bed. In the bathroom, there was a used tissue left behind, clearly showing that it had not been cleaned properly before our stay. The tissue had not been replaced, and the shampoo bottle was already half empty.

It's an old style hotel nees an update, looks like those old day when they just open. Just to get to the loby from the parking lot you need to walk through a maze really inconvenience. The casino is small and has an unpleasant smell, to finalize it there is no employees offering drinks I played about 2 hours I neve saw not even one person going around asking if we wanted drinks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel casino, I went next door Caesars Republic totally different I'm pressed nice and clean great smell in the air a lot employees offering drinks.

Checking was easy fast and friendly. Staying there was so relaxing and quiet. The only thing I’m not OK with is the charge of parking if we are already staying there. I don’t understand that. But overall, we loved.
