We live in Georgia and come in to visit our grandchildren in Lake Geneva every few months. The last few visits we have stayed here, It has become our home away from home when traveling here. This establishment DOES NOT have a waterpark although they advertise it. The waterpark belongs to Timber Ridge Resort which is very close and on shared grounds but admission is not included with the stay at Holiday Inn. The room accommodations were very nice and clean though. The main purpose of my visit was for my kids to enjoy their break and it was still ok but website was a bit misleading.

Loved it , I booked this trip last min due to my kids not telling me they was soon to be on spring break(what happened to April !) the price for 4days/3nights was great .lobby was amazing,rooms was spacious and wonderful(one bedroom villa) have everything You need in the main building ,my kids loved the fire pit outside the villas .we made s’mores (purchased s’mores kit in the lobby store ). Only thing wrong was the tub was stopped up so they had someone fix it but made the shower not work so that was that ..rate 9/10😊
