This is the absolute grossest place I’ve ever stayed! I had to ask for another room and it was just as bad. Dirty toilet. Trash and hair on floor! No cups and very little toilet paper. Drapes was falling off wall, men and women on front walk to lobby drinking and smoking! I deserve a refund and I’m calling the health department.

I got a real bad Bug bites. I don't get hair dryer at all in the first week. Smoking odor, dirt on floor, TV cannot connect onto the channel in the first week. It is horrible.

I wish I could give -5 stars. This “hotel” was disgusting. The room smelled like burned food, there was dirt on the front of the fridge, hair in the shower, dust up the wall, dirty/used dishes at the door, and the dead bolt looked like someone had busted through the door. The “better” room they moved us to still had hair in the shower, and the window couldn’t be locked. Breakfast was just prepackaged blueberry muffins and machine coffee. There was dirt and stains on the concrete at the entrance. There was dirty/used linens in the hallways. This was an absolutely awful location. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights. We checked out the following day because it was so gross and felt unsafe.

I reserved a room a month in advance for $50 extra charge to pay when I arrived. My plane was late and I didn’t check in in time. They gave my room away and charged me $133. I went next-door and never looked back.

Unpleasant experience

On the outside it looked good, just as the pictures on the website, but coming in was a whole different thing. The reception was dirty and trash around the floor. The room was run down. Had no smoke detecyor(seemed like someone pulled it out) the closet door was a curtain and the bathroom left a lot yo desire. The fink was greasy and the tub was in terrible condition

There was no king room available as we booked and when the clerk went to change us to a queen room, suddenly he was unable to do anything to get us checked in. We had to scramble and pay more than double the cost to stay at another hotel. This hotel is awful, staff was unaccommodating, unhelpful and showed zero remorse for the situation. It seems they wanted us to leave because they had a waitlist for the night and could charge much more from the discounted rate we received for booking early. Awful service. If I could give zero stars I would.

The place smells really bad and i used their laundry machines that cost 5 dollars to wash and 5 dollars to dry and had to dry 3 times befire my clothes wrre dry which cost 15 dollars and the front desk told me it wasnt their responsibility. Also the muffins were moldy. Its disappointing because it used to be a decent place to stay also there was dead spiders in the shower.

A good place if you just need a bed to sleep in. It was clean, but the curtains didn't block out the sun, and there was constant noise in the room (fridge?) and in the hallway. Then the “to go” breakfast leaves a lot to be desire. The coffee is never refilled and most of the snack are gone. It’s supposed to be until 9am, I got there at 8. This is the second time staying here, I believe in giving second chances, but the same exact thing happened. Will not be returning.

In this area, you get what you pay for. It's literally a bed. Expect no amenities, dirty carpets,and a plethora of smells.The breakfast consist of old muffins and cereal bars. However, by far the cheapest place to lay your head if that's what you need. My fridge had an odor that clunge to anything left in it long enough to get cold. Plenty of hot water though!

The people that work there are amazing. I always look forward to being greeted by Alan and the other staff members. The beds are so comfortable and it really is a great overall value for the money. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and it is the one hotel that I return to time after time

Dirty kitchen, food left in drawers. Zero amenities here. No utensils etc. No blow dryer, no ice machines. For an extended stay it was extremely stripped down. Front desk staff was absent most of the time and when actually there rude and short. No greetings when entering and no help with things missing. Grab and go breakfast did not happen, coffee only. Complete waste of money.

This property looks okay outside. One of the staff was not following protocol. I was checked into a filthy room! The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the shower was plugged up and dirty. The sheets and pillows were dirty. Just eeeewwww!
