I thought since this property received good reviews overall that I would be staying at a nice place. I was very wrong. I checked in and went up to my room. The first room they had me in clearly had not been cleaned or stayed in for a while. There were dead fruit flies in the bed, and the room was dirty. I went down to ask to be put in another room. The second room I went to had stains all over the sheets, and it also looked like it had not been cleaned or used in a while. I was overall disappointed in the hotel rooms and expected more since the reviews were good online. I will say the staff are all very kind and welcoming. They were willing to accommodate me when I asked to change rooms. The manager was very nice, and she was willing to help me with the issues. Overall, the staff are fantastic, the hotel (not so much…)
