We stayed here for 45 nights while our house was being remodeled, and honestly it couldn’t have worked out better. The place really felt like a home base for us during what could have been a pretty stressful stretch.The amenities were great and made day-to-day living easy, and the neighborhood was awesome — super friendly neighbors, which made a big difference over a longer stay. Also a huge plus that it was truly pet-friendly — our Aussiedoodle settled in right away.Fouad was a great host — very communicative, responsive, and just easy to work with the whole time. Anytime we had a question, he was on it.No issues at all over the entire stay, which says a lot for 45 nights. Overall, we’re really grateful and would definitely recommend it.

I want to start by saying Ladera Ranch was fantastic. We absolutely loved this location and the connivence. Hiking trails, biking, shops, restaurants all walking distance. The neighborhood was amazing, the views were breathtaking. All in all a great place to stay, especially with a dog. Saying this we did have some hiccups at the beginning of our stay. The home looked to be tidy at first but upon further inspection there were multiple things that were just simply not clean/cleaned. I did send many photos via VRBO to the host and they did apologize and refunded me the cleaning fee. We had a couple small issues with the home, some appliances broken, locked out of the home early and the cleanliness but all together it is a great home and the host is very responsive. We really did love this location and the neighborhood.
