Find the perfect place for rest and relaxation at this Laconia, New Hampshire year-round vacation rental home! Your family will never want to leave the private backyard patio area with a private outdoor pool, an outdoor dining area, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecuing. There is plenty of space to spread out inside as well. Unwind in the living area and stream your favorite series or movies on the smart TV with Netflix and surround sound. The open kitchen is complete with everything you could possibly need to channel your inner chef and prepare delicious meals and treats for the gang. There is one bedroom in the main part of the house and another bed in the private addition that also has its own kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. You will find room for two more in the upper-level entertainment room that has a pullout sofa and a pool table. Stay cool and relax with the AC going on a hot summer day!

Great home

We love staying at this home with the pool and room above the garage. It has all the amenities we need. And so close to the lake. We had a bug problem but the home management company was very quick to respond.

Great place

We loved it here. The property is beautiful. It was like we were isolated on our own island. It's great for pets and the community was friendly. There was only one complaint we and that was that the beds were too firm. However, because of that we were always outside laying by the pool.
