"This place was amazing! We booked because it was affordable and we wanted to save money by having an apartment where we could bring our own food etc... "The unit we stayed in was a good size but very dirty. There is a main road in front which meant constant noise all night. The staff at reception were however very helpful and friendly people but they are the only thing I can praise about this apartment."

"The lifts from the car park take too much time and limited access for rooms having to swap to different lifts to get to your room. The rooms are ok, closer to 3 star. Unfortunately our walk in robe had a vomit smell that you could smell in the bedroom.. so that wasn’t a great thing..it’s definitely a very good location but that’s about it."

"2-3 star hotel at best. The 5 star is misleading and somewhat false advertising. There is nothing 5 star about the hotel, rooms or experience. Curtains are NOT black out, rooms are NOT soundproofed. Cheap amenities, shower head is a basic handheld. You are provided 2 thin towels. Expect stains. The “king size” bed is the ol 2 single beds mushed together and NOT an actual king size bed. If you want late checkout expect to pay $50 per hour but then get woken by bangs on the door from housekeeping at the standard checkout time - how is this not communicated in a 5 star environment. The linens are also horrible. Thin, crusty dusty lumpy. Just awful. Had higher expectations given the hotels reputation when it was first established. Would not stay again, there are far more luxury options available for the same price point elsewhere. Also, the toilet paper - you’ll get a far better wipe at a local truck stop station."
