The room they originally put me in was NOT was I reserved. There were bugs in the room. Not enough towels and wash clothes for the 3 people that the reservation said there would be. The entire hotel was a mess. The lady that checked us in absolutely did not care that we had issues. The second room the air conditioner made horrible sounds. Will never stay at that location again.

Hotel was under complete construction which would have been fine EXCEPT we weren’t notified of this before hand. We reserved 2 rooms however they were on 2 separate floors. Was told by front desk staff there was no option to moves rooms closer. One room was to be a suite with couch bed NEITHER room had a couch. Tv was broken in one room although they did get that fixed fairly quickly.

I had reservation for 3 three. The sofa bed did let out as advertised, and no cot was available. No notice of remodeling construction. The fumes in the hallway made me nausea. Found bugs in the room. I had a three day stay and left early.

The hotel has been under renovation for a few months now , it does not say that on the website. To gain customers & their trust you must provide great Customer Service & that begins with providing accurate information to your customers. Customers have no access to more than half of the Amenities & still being charged full price. There was alot of banging on the walls during the middle of the night. I hope that after the renovation it holds up to the pictures on the website because right now it looks like a totally different hotel & area.

No parking space lines. Risk of other guest parking too close, dinging other vehicles. Smoking area right next to main entrance. Have to walk through stinking cigarette smoke to get into hotel.. then its trapped inside electric door area. So you get soaked in smoke, even after you enter the building....

We were given a king room instead of double. The key we were given did not work, the second key did work but the room had not been cleaned bed was unmade, towels on floor. We did not arrived until 9:pm. We took all our stuff back down stairs and was given another room. Back upstars to another King room door was open and smoke alarm was beeping. Back downstairs with all our stuff, given another room with double beds clean and fine. All in all one hour after a long day of traveling and spending the evening at Callaway Gardens we were exhausted. I have to say the lady at the front desk was remarkable, I know this was not her fault.
