No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all over the side . Ate in the restaurant steak was tough and chips overcooked and dry . Staff were pleasant enough . We were so disappointed as Hôtel is such a lovely old building . Rooms need to be invested in ."
