Old house located on an apple-red fruit farm
"We were a family of 8 with three generations, the children aged 7, 9 and 10.We found the gite to be well equipped with all the cooking utensils a family would need. The house was a good size and comfortable. The swimming pool was excellent and used every day. The garden was not large but we were able to park 3 cars and still play boules and knock a badminton shuttle around. The two large tables outside the gite were used for all meals and so we did not use the dining room. There were sun loungers around the pool and garden furniture in the shade of the tree, so adequate seating for all.Overall we felt the gite was better than expected and the photos could perhaps be improved. The hosts did not speak English but google translate works! We found different activities within a reasonable distance to occupy the children for a part of each day. There is a boulangerie in the nearest village as well as a small supermarket (with petrol) and a chemist. There was a small pizza outlet which we only found as we were leaving a d had to follow a diversion."
