I wish there was an option for no stars as that is what I would like to give. Arrived for a late check-in. We would have gone but three local hotels closed for lack of help and left people scrambling to find a place so we had a room. After checking in, we went to our room. We expected a secure entrance. It wasn't. We carried luggage up the stairs only to find that the keys that were given to us did not work. I waited and he went to get new keys. Front desk clerk came back and he used the master key to let us in. At first glance, the room wasn't that bad looking but then we turned on the lights and walked through the door. The room had a musty smell - it was disgusting. Before touching the bed, I pulled back the bedspread and found what appeared to be dried feces on the underside. The sheets looked ok. The floor was absolutely disgusting. It felt like years of dirt and oil was caked in there. So...there was no place to put the luggage other than the desk. We made it work. I went to plug in the cell phone charger and the only available outlet was in the bathroom. The dried water stains on the counter spoke volumes. Went to take a shower and there were no towels so call the front desk and he brought them up a short while later. We wanted to watch TV and found a dozen or so channels but many of them were full of static. We will NOT go back - I'd sooner sleep in the truck than this place.
