Normally i would give a 5 star for this hotel i stayed twice, but it's a rainy day, and the front desk asked me to walk to the front street for a taxi....i'm a bit disappoined. Just think that he wouldnt really help to call a taxi for the guest with luggages. A note to self, allow extra time for the unexpected, like weather and traffic. Luckily, i took the subway and made it to my airport train few minutes prior.

Standard Japan hotel quality

Perfect location with very good price! Could take a 10 minutes walk to Kyoto station and Kawaramachi, and there are a McDonald & a Starbucks nearby. Also the hotel is located in a quiet lane, the window can be opened and be sleeping well all night long.
