Owner did not provide us information on how to enter until nearly 3 hours after check-in time. Apartment was quite dirty, sink wouldn't drain, and there is a bunch of garbage/boxes by the door, which is hidden in the photos. I can't understand why this place has such high reviews. It was both the most expensive and disappointing place we stayed in our 15 day trip.

Nice stay

The accommodation was good, very clean and corresponded to the pictures. The beds and aircon were great. Communications with the host was good and check in smooth. Locking the door however could be a little tricky. Also, it was a little strange walking in and the first thing that greets you is an open storage area. The sofa downstairs had lots of old stains which was a bit off putting. The stairs to the first are quite steep and the toilet on the first floor is very small. The main issue for us was the location which is stated to be 1 minute walk from Kawaramachi street. Whilst technically true it is actually right at the beginning of that street meaning getting to the shops, restaurants etc. is either a bus ride or 15-20 minutes walk. All in all though we were satisfied with our stay.

廁所在二樓 爬樓梯很累

爬樓梯很累⋯ 床偏硬但還可以 詢問能否多付費提前入住 負責人表示確認後再告知 然後就沒有然後了 不能提前至少提前一小時告知一下吧？ 然後也沒給大門密碼 超過入住時間18分鐘後才告知可以入住了 但沒有密碼也進不去 詢問等待超過十分鐘才回覆告知密碼 離地鐵站走路十分鐘 附近什麼吃的都沒有 連便利商店都要走十分鐘
