Quaint and convenient

The rooms are pretty spacious and for a good price compared to the place our group was staying at in Tokyo. It's a 10 min walk from the nearest station, and very close to Kyoto Imperial palace, great if you are planning a visit there. There were no major problems, and the noise concerns brought up by previous reviews were minor in my opinion, but the only negative thing I have to say is that some of the sliding doors take quite a bit of effort to move around. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to groups of travellers looking for a cheaper place to stay.

トラブル時も管理者が来ない民泊

二つの部屋の電灯が付かなかったため、電話をしたら、管理者は来れないとのこと。運良く予備の電球があったので、自分で取り替えて何とか乗り越えたが、夕食から帰るとさらにもう一つの電灯が切れた。 布団や枕のシーツも自分達でセットする、電気ポットの調子が悪いなど、ホスピタリティーは期待しない方が良い。 また、壁が薄いのか、前の道路で歩きながら話している人の声もよく聞こえて、落ち着かない。 ホテルと思わず、不動産屋から部屋を借りてると思えば良いかも知れない。

想像していた以上に　良い民泊の宿泊所でした。 清潔感もあり　家族みんなで楽しく泊まれました。 連泊し京都を　車で観光するには、 とてもいいところだと思います。
