This was the perfect location for us to visit all our points of interest. Located minutes from the train & bus station. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. Room was small but well appointed so we didn’t feel cramped. Onsen was a wonderful treat at the end of a busy days of walking. The breakfast is one of a kind, classy and many options. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Many food and shopping options nearby. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing during Obon festival. It is walking distance from Kyoto station, two malls and 3 conscience stores within 5 min walking distance. The staff is kind and very helpful with providing any food recommendations and as well as quick guides (ie., direction and history) to near by events. The amenities were amazing and available on the lobby and encouraged to take what you need as a part of the eco friendly initiatives in the hotel. There is a public bath accessible for guests and massage chairs at a cost. There is a laundry change machine available on the first floor but I do recommend avoid using the laundry machines, if possible. There are only 5 machines with both wash and dry functions on the same machine so there is quite a bit of wait for a machine and after completing a wash/dry cycle, your clothes are still wet. Otherwise, the entire stay was amazing and would definitely stay here again.

So close to Kyoto station and very nice lounge and public bath. Right next to plenty of options in Kyoto station. Well worth it just for not having to walk far in the heat.
