It’s a comfort bed and pillow however bedsheet & blanket abit dusty. Shower area abit small, If too big size person might not be able to squeeze in. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location

Nice hotel close to Kyoto station. Staff was friendly, but I wish they had some more basic complimentary in room amenities, such as fabric sprays/refreshers. There are a couple available at the lobby, but all the other hotels we have stayed at had them inside the room. The wall in our room also had some questionable stains, but overall we had no complaints. The price point was very reasonable for our dates, and we have enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel near kyoto station and avanti mall

Everything was great, but it’s the only hotel that charges for a cup of coffee. Comfy bed, aircon is not too cold, it’s warm especially at night. The wifi is weak at night, we stayed at 5th floor. Spacious room. It has nice lobby and kids area

The M hotel was a nice place to spend a few days while visiting Kyoto. Staff were helpful and the room was nice and clean. The only downside was the washing machine- it wasn’t drying correctly and had to do multiple cycles which delayed our time to explore the city. Otherwise it was great.

Great hotel in a really convenient area. They have coffee in the lobby which is pretty rare for Japan. Nice clean and spacious room. Had a great stay here!
