We are a family of 3 (husband, wife, adult child), had a 4 night stay in Kyoto. Room was clean and comfortable - actually quite huge, we had plenty of room for 3 adults which was so appreciated! The hotel staff was simply amazing, best we had in our 12 nights thru Japan. The amenities were plentiful, provided almost everything you could need! The location is superb, we walked to almost everything, super easy walk to Nishiki market. This was our favorite hotel, super clean, convenient and outstanding staff. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto. The quad room was exceptionally spacious, especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of Nishiki Market. We loved the grand, elaborate, and slightly old-fashioned feel of the property, which gave it a lot of character. The hotel is impeccably clean, the bar is great, and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto.

Lovely staff and amenities. A bit old world - keys for door locks, tvs quite small given the overall opulence & comfort level of the hotel, and the ability to stream shows from the iPhone to tv was a bit hit and miss. On the positive side, the room was spacious and bathroom immense! Great bath & shower facilities.
