This hotel is very close to the convenient stores. The floor mats were a little dirty. An easy vacuum and wipe should suffice. Overall very clean. The staff were helpful. Would come back again.

The rooms were small but clean and the large TV was nice. I liked that both the bathroom sink and shower had separate faucets. I appreciated the large downstairs dining lounge area with free drinking water.

Where the hotel located, it was very convenient and easy accessible to public transports. There were lot of convenient stores nearby ,so no worries if you needed something to drink or eat in the middle of the night. The downside for me was that, there were no breakfast provided.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Kyoto. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. I love the communal dining space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Room is a bit small but it’s not a deal breaker. It’s located at a very convenient location where you can access to different public transportation at ease. Convenient stores, supermarket, different kind of restaurants are nearby. Stayed here for 4 nights to visit the Kyoto sights. It was easily accessible by public transportation and close to many stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it highly to anyone in the area.
