There was a laundry room but didn’t get to use it and the only con that I had was that I couldn’t really figure out how to get ac only was able to turn the fan on and the window only opened an inch or two. This is a great location for exploring Kyoto, walkable to great restaurants and shops and many of the tourist sites including temples and shrines. The room was simple, clean, comfortable. The self-service laundry was great. It felt safe and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
